Important Information for Writing Feedback

Please help us process your feedback by following these tips:

• You may copy/paste text into the feedback field from the Draft Manual or from other documents.

• Please ensure all your feedback is related to the Section or Sub-section that you chose on the form. If you have feedback on multiple Sections or Sub-sections, please use multiple feedback forms. This helps us tie your feedback back to the correct policy section and sub-section.

• Identify the group you represent because this helps us understand and process your feedback.

• The character limit for the feedback form is 32,767 characters.

• Be sure to select “Send” on the feedback form before navigating to a new page. Otherwise, your feedback draft will be lost.

Attachments

If you have an attachment that you want to submit along with your feedback, you can email it to BHTPolicyFeedback@dhcs.ca.gov. If you send an attachment, please include:

1. Which county, city, or organization you represent

2. The relevant section and sub-section.
