Policy Manual Version 1.3.0

We are pleased to present the updated version of the Behavioral Health Services Act County Policy Manual, containing the contents reviewed as Modules 1, 2, and 3. This release enables county/city behavioral health partners and the public to access, search, and download the finalized BHSA Policy Manual contents.

As more content is reviewed and finalized, additional content will be added and released. You may notice gaps in section numbering—this is intentional and reflects content still under review.
