Will I receive a response to my feedback?

You shouldn’t expect a response to your feedback. After you select the “Send” button on your feedback, you should receive confirmation that your feedback was processed.

Who can view my feedback?

Your feedback is only visible to the Behavioral Health Services Act County Policy Manual team.

Can I view or edit a feedback form once submitted?

No, you cannot view or edit feedback once submitted. If you need to reference your feedback later, consider saving them separately.

How do I know my feedback was submitted?

Once you have submitted feedback, a “Thank-you” message will display on the screen. This confirms your feedback submission.

Is there a limit to how many feedback forms I can submit?

You can submit as many feedback forms as you would like. DHCS welcomes feedback from Californians.
